Akakura Onsen

Akakura Onsen is located adjacent to the village and the Akakan ski resort, providing a variety of runs for all levels of skiers. In our opinion, this resort is most suited to beginners and intermediates. A large resort with 15 lifts, there is a great selection of runs and minimal crowds, meaning lift lines are virtually non-existent and the pistes are yours for the taking. Night skiing is also available, and Akakura Onsen features a well-lit park.
